VitalHouse does not sell products, so we do not process returns or refunds.
Returns, refunds and money-back guarantees are handled by the retailer or brand you purchased from, under their published policy. Many supplement brands we report on offer a money-back guarantee — the exact terms (window, whether opened bottles qualify, who pays return shipping) are stated on that seller’s site.
How to request a return or refund
Use the contact and returns instructions in your order confirmation from the seller, or on the official store’s Returns page. Keep your order number handy.
We flag on each report whether a guarantee is offered and how it is stated — but the seller’s current terms always govern.
